Planning for the 2025 Junior Auxiliary of Biloxi-Ocean Springs Gala for the Kids is Underway!
We are thrilled to reveal the theme for this year’s Gala: Fireflies and Starry Nights: Shining Bright for the Kids
Join us for a magical evening, where the spirit of hope and dreams come alive through the wonder of a child chasing fireflies on a warm, starry night—this is the magic we’ll be celebrating together! 
Our Gala is our one and ONLY fundraiser each year, and the funds raised will directly support our ongoing service projects, impacting the lives of children, youth, and their families. Every dollar raised allows us to serve more children, make a greater impact, and continue our mission.
The Junior Auxiliary of Biloxi-Ocean Springs (JABOS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to improving the lives of children and their families. We live by our motto: “Caring Hearts. Helping Hands. Changing Lives.”

Junior Auxiliary of Biloxi-Ocean Springs is excited to announce our annual Children’s Art Contest!
Theme:
Fireflies and Starry Nights: Shining Bright for the Kids . Let your creativity shine and inspire through this magical theme about the wonder of children!
Open to students from K-12th grades in Biloxi, D’Iberville, Ocean Springs, St. Martin, Vancleave, and Woolmarket.
Cash prizes for every age group, including one overall winner!

Prizes:1st place: $25
2nd place: $15
3rd place: $10
Overall Winner: $100
Division winners announced on Facebook: April 17 Awards ceremony: May 6 Guidelines:2-Dimensional Design
Max size: 8.5 x 11″ paper or cardstock
Media: Tempera, watercolor, acrylics, ink, crayons, marker, colored pencils

Deadline: Must be postmarked by March 24th
Entry Form & Photo Release MUST be paper clipped to the back – this is required for entry. (In the comments)
Important Info:Winning artwork will be used in advertising & promotional materials, shared on social media, reproduced, and displayed at the awards ceremony. They will also be delayed at our annual GALA for the Kids on June 28, 2025 at Beau Rivage Resort & Casino. Submissions won’t be returned.
